RGB digital 8-bit per channel notation

Class Definition

The numerical representation of an RGB colour code, expressed as RGB triplets with decimal or hexadecimal numbers. The first, second and third triplets indicate how much red, green or blue is contained in the colour. With decimal numbers, the colour code is written between round brackets, the triplets are unsigned integers that are separated by a comma and can have values from 0 to 255. For hexadecimal numbers, the code is written as a single block beginning with #, followed by hexadecimal numbers that can take values from 00 to FF.
